Who does the BER Assessment?

A member of our team will carry out the BER Assessment.

There are 3 parts to the assessment process:

1. A member of our team will visit your home in order to take all the measurements we require. We will also check heating systems and insulation levels.
2. This information is then entered into a computer programme that all assessors use. The programme provides us with a rating. We then forward this rating to the SEI to be registered.
3. We complete a report and then provide you with your BER Certificate.
